Use of Facilities Terms and Conditions - Asphodel House

Welcome to Asphodel House! By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging in any activities at our facilities or using \any of our services.

  1. Crossfit, Yoga, Pilates, Wattbike, Gym: Participation in Crossfit, yoga, Pilates, Wattbike and Gym activities (the “Activities”) is subject to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our trained staff. Participants must adhere to posted rules and regulations.

  2. Equipment Usage: All equipment is to be used responsibly and returned promptly after use. Any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear may incur repair/replacement charges.

  3. Safety Measures: Your safety is our priority. Please follow instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.

  4. Photography and Media: We may capture photographs or videos during your visit for promotional purposes. By engaging in our services, you grant us permission to use such media for marketing and promotional activities.

  5. Release of Liability: Participants engage in the Activities at their own risk. A separate Membership Release of Liability and Indemnity is required to be signed by participants before engaging in any Activities..

  6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.

  7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at our discretion. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
